Life is a journey filled with unexpected twists and turns. It’s like trying to walk a path, but sometimes you stumble and get a stain on yourself. But guess what? That stain doesn’t define you, just like getting sick doesn’t mean you won’t get better. You will be okay, even if you have stains called prejudice and stigma on you.

I used to carry the weight of these stains for a while, all by myself. It was a tough journey, but it taught me something valuable. It taught me to cherish the things that truly matter in life. Even when there are scars hiding behind those stains, it doesn’t mean you should stop trying new things. I realized that those scars are a part of who I am, and they don’t define my worth.

I used to say, “But it’s not easy, though.” Those words echoed in my head for a long time. Until I learned to let them go. It’s not easy, that’s true, but it’s not impossible either. Every one of us faces challenges and struggles, but that doesn’t make us weak or flawed.

Taking pills to get better, whether it’s for a physical illness or a mental one, doesn’t make you a criminal. It makes you human.

We all have our battles to fight, and seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

It’s okay to ask for help when you need it.

Life may leave its marks on us, but those marks tell a story of resilience, courage, and the human spirit’s ability to heal.

So, remember, stains and scars are just part of your unique journey, and they don’t diminish your shine.

Embrace your imperfections, and know that you are strong, you are worthy, and you are human.
